Love Actually.

The count down to Christmas is on. We put our tree up on the weekend. Putting our tree up is always a big deal in our family, we have special Christmas music, photos, food and a jolly old time. It has to be one of my favorite days of the year.

We thought we'd keep the festivities going well into the evening so watched one of our favourite movies, Love Actually. It has everything: love, Christmas, comedy... what more could you ask for.

I'm loving these wall decals Cody Hudson has done for Bodega. The concept behind Bodega's large scale, eco-friendly, temporary indoor art is to make the art of emerging and established artists affordable and available to the public. The decals have been made using eco-friendly inks and vinyl.

White.

White is such a summery colour. It's so fresh and pretty. Maybe I'll change my black wardrobe for a white one.

This is what Christian Dior's 'The Little Dictionary of Fashion says about white:

White is more beautiful than any colour for evening. At a ball there are always one or two white dresses which are outstanding. White is pure and simple and matches everything. For day-time it has to be used with great care because it must always be really white and immaculate. If you cannot keep it so it is better not to have it.

But nothing gives the impression of good grooming and being well dressed more quickly than spotless white...

Today's unicorn magic is french actor Gaspard Ulliel. Love it.

Christmas gift idea: Battle Studies by John Mayer.

The new John Mayer album 'Battle Studies' is (in my opinion) a great Christmas gift for any one, unless they have a problem with gorgeous, talented men. It's easy to listen to and inspiring. There's also a great collaboration between Mayer and Taylor Swift.
